The whistleblowing solution “Business Keeper Monitoring System” succesfully passed recertification according to EuroPriSe.
The BKMS® System is a whistleblowing system, technically designed as a web based service that is offered by Business Keeper AG to their customers. Whistleblowers (e.g., employees of a customer) may reveal their identity or act anonymously or pseudonymously when reporting a grievance (e.g., criminal activities such as fraud or embezzlement). The BKMS® System facilitates a dialogue between whistleblowers and examiners. Whistleblowers are enabled to set up a post box in order to exchange messages with examiners.
Business Keeper AG was awarded the European Privacy Seal for the first time in 2013 and demonstrated during the recent recertification that BKMS® still meets all applicable requirements of EU data protection law.
