Customer engagement hub for CRMs successfully passes recertification according to EuroPriSe
Germany based Consultix GmbH is awarded with the European Privacy Seal for its IT-based service ProCampaign once again.
ProCampaign v8.0 is a web based application to support users’ customer relationship management (CRM). By means of ProCampaign, personal data of end customers (consumers) may be processed for market analysis, customer loyalty and marketing campaign purposes.
The re-evaluation was performed by EuroPriSe Legal and Technical Expert Dr. Irene Karper. It took place on the basis of the latest EuroPriSe Criteria Catalogue for IT-products and IT-based Services (v201701). The evaluator concluded that ProCampaign continues to meet all applicable EuroPriSe requirements (including the new requirements introduced by the current version of the Criteria Catalogue). All changes that had been made to the service since the previous recertification in 02/2017 were taken into account during the re-evaluation.
